A team is group of players forming one side in a competitive business, game or sport. A team is also a group linked to a common purpose. Everyone on a team has different agendas but the goal is the same for the whole team. Yes it is true. Most companies start out with just one or two people, usually including the owner/founder. There is nothing wrong with this formula depending on the financial accessibility of the company. However, there is a formula that is proven to work. If possible, there are 7 different roles that must be played in order for a company to have instant success. By personally building your company up by hand you will depend on each member of your staff to perform his or her duties to the 100th power. Finding those who are naturally energetic and passionate about their specialty areas will be the test. As the owner, it is most important that you know your business inside out so that you can place reasonable expectations for each team member. To those whom much is giving much is expected. The team that you collaborate should have the confidence to want to always be number 1.You should believe in the rule of “give and take”. The owner must get great pleasure out of seeing his/her team have fun and enjoy themselves when the pressure is light. It is critical to keep the creative juices flowing and to have a clear understanding of what is to come with the companies industry. Your team’s opinions will be worth a huge amount to your company. Having the ability to work fruitfully with a team will be the most vital aspects of achieving success in any business. It’s exceptionally important for increasing creativity in the workplace and improving the quality of work. A Team will accomplish more work, more quickly and effectively than several different people taking projects on their own. Collaborative work also keeps employees liable to each other, which increases motivation and money for the company as a whole. How great is that?
